Farm To Fork After growing up on a farm in the midlands, Scott traveled the world working on yachts inspired by the markets and Deli’s around the world. ​After settling in Umdloti, Farm to Fork was conceived as an outlet for the farms beef and other great local products. This has slowly grown to include some specialty imported products and seafood.

Bush Tavern Umdloti The Umdloti Bush Tavern & Grill was established in 1992 by the Connor family and is an absolute must for any visitor to Umdloti Beach. This lively, homely African-themed pub and restaurant is situated across the road from the beach and offers expansive sea views where Dolphins and Whales are often spotted from the deck. “The Bush”, as it is affectionately known, offers live music (please check out the Bush Telegraph on our website or “like” our Facebook page…), happy hours Monday-Friday and a very extensive menu. The famous Portuguese Flat Chicken, or “Flattie”, is a must and the Vegetarian Pizza is quite stunning. The Bush’s signature dish is the Fish & Chips and it is still the most popular item on the menu.
